Scenes from Ohio

Home sweet home, finally. While I enjoyed the visit with my in-laws, I couldn't wait to get back to warmth and sunshine! My mother and father-in-law are quite hospitable: every day we stayed at their house my father-in-law made me breakfast and my mother-in-law wouldn't let me do the dishes. That is a big deal for me, believe it or not, as I am the sort who likes to clean up after herself. I would have more photos if I actually did more outdoors and didn't have to buy a new battery charger for my camera. We spent a lot of time indoors since it was 30 and below most of time, and  I was getting stir-crazy despite all the reading, writing, conversing, and tv-watching that I did. I never watch as much tv as I do when I'm visiting my in-laws, considering that I didn't watch much tv at all at one point in my life. I'm slowly improving in that area- I think. Still, I'm glad to be in my own home again, as life is waiting to be lived right outside my door.

  4. No matter where I go, I always seem to get homesick after being away from home regardless of the hospitality. I'm really a homebody.

    Lovely photos!
